All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printify. This means your item is custom printed just for you once your order is placed.
Processing Time
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be printed and prepared for shipment. During peak seasons or holidays, this may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the product type. Some products may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays once an item has been handed over to the carrier. If your order appears lost or is significantly delayed, please contact us at Shop.rustytheredlab@gmail.com, and we’ll work with Printify to resolve it.
International Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.
